1. 3.5. The Advocate's free Waggly Club box will be sent to them the month after the successful referral.
   
2. Introduction
   
   The Waggly Club referral program (“Program”) allows existing customers of Waggly Club (“Advocates”) to refer their friends (“Friends”) to sign up for a Waggly Club subscription box.
   
   Both the Advocate and the Friend will receive a free Waggly Club box upon a successful referral, subject to these terms and conditions.
   
   By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   
   
3. Eligibility
   
   To be eligible for the Program, you must be a resident of Australia and have an active Waggly Club subscription. You may refer as many Friends as you like, subject to these terms and conditions.
   
   Friends must be new customers of Waggly Club and have not previously subscribed to our subscription box service.
   
   
4. Referral Process
   
   3.1. Advocates can refer their Friends by sharing their unique coupon code via email, Whatsapp, or any other social media apps.
   
   3.2. The coupon code will automatically apply a $49 discount to the Friend's first subscription box purchase.
   
   3.3. The Friend will need to pay $5 for the delivery fee for their free box.
   
   3.4. A successful referral occurs when the Friend signs up for Waggly Box subscription for either 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.
   
   3.6. The advocate's free box will be delivered as their next month's box while the friend's box will be delivered as their first month's box.
   
   
5. Limitations
   
   4.1. Waggly Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without notice.
   
   4.2. Waggly Club reserves the right to disqualify any Advocate or Friend from the Program if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent behavior.
   
   4.3. Waggly Club reserves the right to cancel any referral or remove any reward if it is found to be the result of fraudulent behavior or a violation of these terms and conditions.
   
   
6. Miscellaneous
   
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
   
   These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Waggly Club with respect to the Program, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Waggly Club.
   
   If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   
   Waggly Club's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
   
   
7. Privacy Policy
   
   By participating in the Program, you agree that any personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used by Waggly Club in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
   
   
8. Intellectual Property
   
   Waggly Club name and logo, and any other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Program are trademarks or registered trademarks of Waggly Club or its affiliates.
   
   
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   
   Waggly lub makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   
   Waggly Club does not warrant that the Program will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
   
   
10. Limitation of Liability
    
    Waggly Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
    
    Waggly Club's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your Waggly Club subscription.
    
    
11. Indemnification
    
    You agree to indemnify and hold Waggly Club and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
    
    
12. Governing Law
    
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
    
    
13. Entire Agreement
    
    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Waggly Club with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Waggly Club.
    
    
14. Waiver
    
    The failure of Waggly Club to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
    
    
15. Severability
    
    If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Waggly Club may assign its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any party at any time without notice to you.

    These terms and conditions may be translated into languages other than English. In the event of any conflict between the English language version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail.
    
    
18. No Guarantee of Results
    
    Waggly Club does not guarantee any specific results or rewards for participating in the Program. Rewards and benefits may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to the Advocate's efforts, the number of referrals, and the referrals' subscription plans.
    
    
19. Force Majeure
    
    Waggly Club shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is the result of an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
    
    
20. Electronic Communication
    
    By participating in the Program, you consent to receive electronic communications from Waggly Club, including but not limited to emails and text messages.
    
    
21. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
    
    By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
    
    
22. Effective Date
    
    These terms and conditions are effective as of the date of acceptance by the Advocate.
    
    
23. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
    
    Waggly Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to you. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Waggly Club website.
    
    It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
